My son is a new patient here and first consultation/visit day I am already amazed on how neat and clean their Office was. Staff are nice, especially Tiffany, who explained to us procedures and all, and Dr. Boyle's was nice too for he explained everything that we needed to know and answers queries you might have. Also, plus points for the coffee bar for parents waiting, the kids play area if you have kids to bring and the provision of toothbrushes just in case you forgot to do oral hygiene before your appointment. I also love how they have the reward system, which I think will make the patients responsible enough to take care of their braces and avoid complications during treatment. I hope to have a good dentist/patient relationship with them as we go thru with this treatment.

Wonderful practice! Staff explains everything thoroughly and are great with children. Impressed with the offices. Everything from teeth brushing stations to easy check in and exam areas.

Great practice that always keeps our son feeling comfortable and at ease. Scheduling and accommodating appointments is easy. Very happy overall. Our daughter will be coming in for her consultation within the year. Would highly recommend!

When our family dentist referred my 9 year old daughter for an ortho evaluation, I had thought she was way too young to even consider braces. The thorough evaluation at Smile Specialists taught us how being more proactive in treatment would help bring the remaining teeth in at a straight angle. It was a no-pressure and educational appointment.
Dr. McSurdy, Sue and the entire office staff are amazing. They ensured my young daughter felt secure and was fully aware of what exactly was going to occur step-by-step before the braces and during the actual procedure.
There are simple things like the teeth washing station and the rewards program that help make the office experience fun and engaging. My daughter even made the comment that the office is like a "spa." Extremely funny comment as she is only nine years old.
I had braces twice during my teenage years. It might have been more enjoyable if I had went to such a wonderful orthodontic office. I highly recommend The Smile Specialists.
