We feel so lucky to have come in for an evaluation. We met with a total of 5 orthodontists in the area and Dr Boyle’s was the only one that did not involve 2-4 tooth extractions. In addition, the evaluation was so detailed and thorough - welcoming and addressing our several questions. Today my daughter will be getting her braces off. Interacting with all the staff here over the phone and in person has been so great as all are so kind, informative and helpful! I love also all the modern aspects to the care as well - from a very extensive points incentive programs to help patients stay on top of their good oral health habits to their appointment reminder of email and text system.

My son is a new patient here and first consultation/visit day I am already amazed on how neat and clean their Office was. Staff are nice, especially Tiffany, who explained to us procedures and all, and Dr. Boyle's was nice too for he explained everything that we needed to know and answers queries you might have. Also, plus points for the coffee bar for parents waiting, the kids play area if you have kids to bring and the provision of toothbrushes just in case you forgot to do oral hygiene before your appointment. I also love how they have the reward system, which I think will make the patients responsible enough to take care of their braces and avoid complications during treatment. I hope to have a good dentist/patient relationship with them as we go thru with this treatment.

Wonderful practice! Staff explains everything thoroughly and are great with children. Impressed with the offices. Everything from teeth brushing stations to easy check in and exam areas.

Great practice that always keeps our son feeling comfortable and at ease. Scheduling and accommodating appointments is easy. Very happy overall. Our daughter will be coming in for her consultation within the year. Would highly recommend!

When I originally found out that I needed braces, I was really nervous because I was afraid that it would hurt all of the time. It was a bit uncomfortable the first three days, but after that it was completely painless!!! When I would have my adjustments, it would be sore for a few hours but nothing else. They make it really fun with all of the rewards that you can get with the point system! I never had to wait all that long to be called back, and they even have an area where you can brush your teeth before the appointment! All of the staff were very open to questions and were helpful if anything needed to be fixed or tweaked, and they always asked if anything felt uncomfortable when they were done. Everyone there makes you feel welcome, whether you have been there for a week or a year! I'm going to get my braces off in my next visit, and after two years I can say that they made having braces a fun and pleasurable experience!!!! :D
When I first started the process of getting braces I was nervous. But it did not hurt or did not take long, the staff was also friendly and encouraging to me. This helped me and I would recommend the smile specialists to everyone.
Dr. McSurdy's office made it much easier to have braces on for a whole year. Everyone there is so nice especially Jackie who went out of here way to make me feel special.
We had a great experience with Smile Specialists! They make the process of wearing braces fun for the kids and easy on the parents. They really care about their clients, knowing them by name, celebrating birthday and report card success, and recognizing achievements with their braces. Yet the staff is professional and courteous. We have and will continue to recommend them!
