We have found the staff to be very friendly and professional. The wait time is always reasonable, with waiting areas that are clean, bright and hospitable, with coffee on hand. They spend the time to answer any questions fully!! Great practice.

I just got braces today from Dr. McSurdy. Everyone at the office is so kind and friendly. The process of getting the braces on was quick and painless. Dr. McSurdy is always friendly and talks through everything that he is doing. My husband had his smile perfected at this office and so did my daughter. We are very happy with the service here.
